CANCELLATION POLICY

Reservations cancelled 7 days or more before the start of your stay will incur no penalty.

Reservations cancelled from 1-7 days before the start of your stay will incur a 50% charge of the total amount.

Reservations cancelled within 24 hours before the start of your stay will incur a 100% charge of the total amount.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT

We’ll provide you with access and directions to the home prior to your arrival. Check-in at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

 

PAYMENT

We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and American Express

 

security deposit

We require a $500 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.

 

lead guest

The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

 

smoking

Guests are not permitted to smoke inside the home.

 

pet policy

No pets allowed.
